Netdata is looking for a Lead Generation Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline. If you're passionate about B2B marketing in the tech/SaaS space, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know the difference between impressions and impact — we want to talk.

This is not your run-of-the-mill marketing gig. We're talking real lead generation, product messaging that actually converts, and a chance to build with one of the most respected names in open-source infrastructure monitoring.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (especially LinkedIn and other performance-driven platforms)

  • Manage and grow Netdata's presence on B2B social media, with a focus on engagement and conversions (not vanity metrics)

  • Support the product marketing team with messaging, assets, and execution that align to business outcomes

  • Lead and coordinate in-person events (industry conferences) to boost brand visibility and generate leads

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to align on funnel optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs that actually matter: MQLs, CPL, and ROI (yes, we said it)

Job requirements

  • 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B tech/SaaS environment

  • Hands-on experience with social media management for B2B (LinkedIn is your playground)

  • Experience organizing or supporting in-person events for brand and lead gen purposes

  • Strong writing chops and the ability to craft messaging that’s sharp, clear, and strategic

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

  • An eye for detail and a good sense of aesthetics

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of email marketing, SEO best practices, and branding strategy

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platforms

  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads or other B2B paid media campaigns
