Netdata is looking for a proactive, data-driven Growth Specialist to drive digital growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance community engagement. Responsibilities
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid and organic digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Optimize customer acquisition funnels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
Leverage A/B testing, analytics, and user behavior insights to refine messaging, targeting, and user experience.
Track and measure key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, engagement) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Community Engagement & Brand Awareness
Build and manage relationships with key partners, influencers, and online communities to drive brand awareness.
Develop and implement referral programs, ambassador initiatives, and customer advocacy strategies to encourage organic growth.
Engage with developer and user communities across platforms like Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn to foster brand engagement.
Collaborate with content and product teams to create compelling digital campaigns and thought leadership content.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Identify and experiment with new growth channels and acquisition tactics, including automation, AI-driven marketing, and partnerships.
Work closely with product and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
Own data-driven reporting, providing insights on performance and recommendations for optimization.
Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities for growth.
Job requirements
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, PostHog etc.).
Ability to run experiments, analyze data, and iterate quickly based on results.
Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and automation tools is a plus.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to test new ideas.
Preferred Experience
Background in growth marketing, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
Experience with startups or remote work environments.
Strong ability to identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends.
